Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, visit your Orders page and select the Request Return option. At present, we only offer returns and do not provide exchanges. Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and you will receive email updates at each step.

Return Shipping & Transaction Cost

Return shipping and transaction charges will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
